About Rubis blanc

Gianmaria Nurisso and Thomas Barclay had been working together in the spirits industry for several years when they came up with the idea of creating their own reference with the idea of offering an experience different from the major trends in the market. From their meeting with Christophe Dupic, master distiller in Lorraine, was born Ruby Blanc. A “pure malt” resulting from the double distillation of barley harvested and malted locally and then reduced in stainless steel vats for several months in order to maintain its transparency and develop unique aromas of fruit from the orchard.
