Seasoned foodies are sure to eat up all the fun facts in Julia Rothman's Food Anatomy, a tasty tour of cusine from all around the world. The book itself is great. It's a great seller. However the cover is a bit more susceptible to damage in transport. We ordered 3 or 4 of this book in our most recent order, and 2 of them were damaged on the cover, one being ripped slightly with many of its pages crushed and deformed. We will try to flatten out the book, but may have to sell at a discount. The other damaged one will have some creasing but overall the damage isn't too terrible.
