Description
One of China's best-known teas! Gunpowder, is produced in the Zhejiang Province in eastern China. This tea was originally rolled into pellets (resembling gunpowder) to help keep it fresh for as long as possible on the long journey across the oceans. These silver-green, tender buds and tips brew to a light amber cup, with a good body and a light lemon after-taste. Brew tea at 180º - steep for 2 minutes. *Tea is BULK packed. We pack loose tea in 1lb, 2lb, & 5lb bags depending on quantity ordered. Tea name and information will be printed on the package. Packaged in Brookfield, CT, USA
