Difficult unpacking around foam, I doubt if I would ever buy the bonsai again. The trunk, greens and rock was not well proportioned. I would want to see in person before buying.

Preserved Triple Monterey Bonsai
In the photos they show of the bonsai the foliage is a beautiful bright green. The bonsai we received has almost black foliage and does not look at all realistic. When I asked about this they said the foliage is darker in the winter months. There are specs of bright green throughout the bonsai we received so I wonder about that explanation. The instructions for unpacking pretty much require you to destroy the box and the foam which holds the bonsai in place during shipping or we would return it.
