Description
Kyocera's INNOVATIONwhite® knives feature a seamless handle design with a better grip for different cutting techniques. The handle gradually thins to the blade, with a tight seam for finger grip. The circular underside of the handle and slightly thicker ends prevent the knife from dropping when hands are wet. The knives weigh half as much as their metal counterparts, making them easy to use and control which helps improve your cutting skills in home cooking. The 7" Chefs Knife is shaped to handle any rocking-style cutting for heavy, repetitive prep tasks.

We love these knives because the quality, utility, and price points. We sell other brands of knives and we have little to no cannibalization. Customers come in to tell us how they’ve not had to sharpen their Kyocera knives for 5 or more years. We carry the sharpener but never sell it because people don’t need it. Luv the Innovation knives. We also sell so many Y-peelers. You can make Parmesan cheese ribbons. The balde is that fine. The mandolines and graters are A+++.
