Great product and well packaged like previous orders. My only issue is the time. This was the second time placing this order due to the first taking so long that it was cancelled by Faire. The second order did ship quicker but it's annoying that orders take so long and message responses are pretty much non-existent, even when emailing directly through the OTOTO website.
