Shipping is crazy but I did appreciate the seperate packaging to keep my order safe. Wish I would have paid more attention to one of my custom pieces. I wouldn't have ordered had I noticed it came in a quantity of 2. I didn't need 2 of my last name and date. Lesson learned....pay more attention to quantities
