My experience with them I suggest is very typical. All of the products packed into a single box, well packed, with tons and I mean tons of little personal touches. I absolutely loved reading all of their literature and learning about them and their families. The pictures are also just adorable. The products themselves are well made and super soft. Probably some of the softest I have felt to date.
