They have a very subtle taste and are lightly sweetened. These Vietnamese candies are crunchy on the outside and have a soft jelly texture on the inside. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp. As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has its own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo, we do not allow substitutions.
