2 of the heart pins arrived broken/damaged (though the product seemed to be packaged well.) The heart pins are thumbtacks glued to a wooden heart and we've already had two returns because the pins bent when trying to place. Also these come PRE PRICED for retail and the price is almost impossible to remove (have to black it out and looks less than professional.) Concepts are great but execution has some kinks to work out.
