Aurora from NaturKraftWerke is an olive oil that is produced on a mysterious piece of earth on Lake Bolsena in northern Lazio in Italy. The indigenous olive variety Canino or Caninese from the Tuscia DOP region predominates at around 70%, but is very well accompanied by the other varieties Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino. The Azienda Agricola Aurora with its beautiful and diverse agricultural land is located near Grotte di Gastro north of Lake Bolsena. The proximity to Tuscany can still be seen in the beautiful landscape. NaturKraftWerke has been accompanying and supporting the Azienda for many years. With a lot of passion and love for biodiverse Demeter agriculture, olive trees are cultivated and tended on the estate in addition to hazel bushes and many other trees and cultures.
