Our Experimental Organic Oolong Tea is a rarity from the mountains of Nepal. Harvested in the spring of 2023, this tea undergoes a unique fermentation process that makes it an exceptional tasting experience. After an 8-day fermentation period in an environment with limited oxygen access, the leaves are rolled and tightly packed in an airtight fermentation container, thus preserving their freshness and distinctive aroma.
