I received my order and am very pleased with the product. I received one large box with 3 small cases inside. Half of the box was empty and the other part was filled with an empty cardboard box. I believe they could have used a smaller box to ship and I wouldn't have to pay as much shipping. I'm not sure I'll order again. I reached out with a message and felt like I was sent a "general" reply.
