turn around time for 20oz tumblers is 6-14 business days. this product requires our longest production time. this is a skinny straight tumbler only. the base color of the tumbler is always white. they are all always 20oz tumblers. the photo shown is a digitally created mock-up. please do not expect your product to look exactly like the photo shown or the colors to be as bright. please be aware these are handmade cups made in house. they are not perfectly made items. we do our very best to offer you the best quality always but every cup will not be absolutely perfect, although we always try to make it that way. please don’t expect a high end mass production company quality. these are sublimation printed ONLY and they are not epoxied or glittered. all cups come WITH a straw and a lid.

There were a few glitches due to vendor having personal issues but they did communicate well and work hard at making up for oder a bit late. They took the time to even write a note to appoligize. Wish they were packed a bit better.. they bounced around in box and straws were all over bottom of box. We will see how the sell. They seem like a great quality.

100% That Grinch 20oz Skinny Straight Tumbler
The cups were nice, my customers liked them. One grinch cup I bought the file has misspelled words on it. Had I caught that I wouldnt have bought it. The picture itself shows the words misspelled. So I did get the exact design that was pictured. Maybe it's supposed to be like that idk. It is the grinch after all.
