Items never arrived, contacted brand. Initial response to look into it and after that no response despite numerous messages. Tasmania has strict rules on importing plant/flower materials from elsewhere. Explained that the contents has to be listed for Quarantine, if they didn't that may have been why the never made it. I was looking forward to these lovely products. Very disappointed with communication. Faire refunded.

unfortunately I never recieved my second order upon reaching out I got no reply. I reached out on social media got a message they will follow it up and then never heard again. I'm extremely disappointed, I love my first order so much I made a second. I'm not sure what happened but the tracking number they provided was for a delivery in a different state. no communication on follow up was a over all bad experience.
