The two products I ordered arrived promptly, and were packaged well. That said, although nothing wrong with them, the waffle makers seem to be high quality, and are packaged beautifully, however there is a lot of black on the boxes which looks like it has been scuffed or faded. It is not so much that I think it will hurt the sale, but it is the reason I am unable to give a 5 star review.
