None of the trees I ordered looked the way it was presented on this site. When I requested to return, they simply delayed their response. Eventually they told me it was over the 60day period and refused to accept the return. To which I informed them that the delay was due to them not responding. I have not had a response from them since! How can a company be so unprofessional! This is fraud!
