All pure maple syrup is naturally organic. We take it one step further by embracing a rigorous organic certification process that includes a forest management plan that focuses on sustainability, documentation for every stage of production, and using a certified organic defoamer during boiling. Packaged in a sturdy BPA-free one gallon bulk plastic jug.
