The pearls are made using a spherification process utilizing only substances derived from algae. Try topping your favorite pasta or pizza with these pearls to create a cozy and delicious dinner. TartufLanghe, family owned and operated, stewards over 60 acres of lush forest near Alba, where they harvest three kinds of truffles. They operate from a 6500 sq ft laboratory and factory continue to experiment and innovate, expanding TartufLanghe’s products with more inventive creations, from infused pastas to truffle pearls, salts, honey, and even potato chips.
