This roast features a trinity of Central and South American coffees. The Fair Winds blend features three separate coffees roasted their own way create this mélange of flavor. Hints of citrus and apple come poking through, with a milk chocolate and sticky toffee sweetness. This roast is medium bodied and well rounded, a perfect everyday drinker and one of our original offerings.
