Dawn Patrol is a common term in surfing culture and the inspiration behind the renaming of this roast. One of our very first, flagship roasts, we are crowing Dawn Patrol as our house blend. This roast features coffee sourced from Costa Rica and Sumatra, roasted to highlight their strengths and playing excellently together to stand out in a variety of brewing methods. This cup is well rounded, earthy with flavor notes of citrus peel and brown sugar. This brew is full body with a creamy finish.
