Ordered a collection of ornaments specifically with a western theme. My order was sent with items out of stock and they offered me no opportunity to replace the items without meeting a new minimum order requirement of over $300 even though I had just placed a new order. Ordered and shipped without communication the items were out of stock and when I reached out directly I was disappointed in customer service in resolving my issue.

First time ordering and it won't be the last. I love the assortment of ornaments to choose from, top notch quality and customers loved them. Of course, I had a few favorites that are now hanging on my tree, that's ok right? ...lol
