Wholesale Jose Gourmet Cold-Smoked Trout Fillets in Dill and Fennel

Coastal rainbow trout fillets are harvested from trout raised at sustainable facilities in North Portugal as well as Norway. They are then cold-smoked at temperatures below 90°F, in Sweden, to enhance the natural flavors without overpowering the delicate fish.
