This pasta releases an extraordinary fragrance of saffron and wheat germ during cooking, making it ideal to serve with all light meat or vegetable sauces. This pasta can be mixed with linguine with garlic and basil, cuttlefish ink, lemon and pepper, or red chili, as they have the same cooking time (5/6 minutes).
