The product is super cheaply made; I tried to contact them and they did not answer at all; I tried to speak with someone at FAIRE and they were not very helpful. Faire told me that this company does not take returns.....and that they cannot return items because of the quality of a product....be careful; do not buy from them...products belong to a dollar store.
