Product is fine, but orders are frequently cancelled. I've had 3 complete orders cancelled this year, and several partially-fulfilled orders. They seem to only want to ship orders with ASAP ship dates--if that's the case, then they need to disable scheduled shipments. And forget about taking advantage of a Faire Market special for a scheduled shipment. It's almost guaranteed to get cancelled, with no offer of applying the discount to a replacement order.

Great product at great prices, but website needs work as many items are labeled differently or have the wrong picture attached to them. Hard to order what you really want. Also, they have sent the wrong items in place of those ordered and it’s very difficult getting them returned or refunded when it was something you didn’t want.
