Our kombucha brewing begins with organic teas and organic sugar. The fermented tea is filtered before adding fruit to create a clean-tasting product with a serviceable storage life. Using whole fruits and fresh-squeezed juices creates a more flavorful and healthier product. Since we don’t use juices from concentrate, our kombuchas are infused with healthy phytochemicals and antioxidants in addition to the fresh, fruity flavors. Our product is never pasteurized, so each serving is loaded with live, healthy probiotics.
