I've purchased a number of times and have been happy with the majority of the products. They have been very prompt and helpful when I have reached out to them for customer service. I did think the shipping was a bit high for this order compared to a purchase from another Faire supplier, but on the flip side I've noticed their prices didn't increase for the most part on the items I repurchased this year and that was appreciated. They are one of my favorite suppliers. :)
