Practical and easy to apply, a single coat is enough to create the desired effect, without streaking, and help your favourite colors last even longer. __TAB__ How to? Apply our Matte Top Coat, remembering to cap the edge, and allow to dry. When used with Green Flash, apply the matte top coat AFTER curing the Green Flash Top Coat layer.
