It is the first Italian chocolate made with Peruvian 'Pure Nacional'. Lost for over a hundred years and now extinct, just a few years ago, on Don Fortunato's farm dispersed in the heart of the Marañón River Canyon, the mother plant with the DNA of this very ancient variety. A progressive cloning work now allows us to return to the world a first, very limited sample of this cocoa which, in addition to being very rare, is very precious: its seeds are in fact purple in color clear and, for 40%, even white and give different aromas of fruit, flowers, hazelnuts.
