Amazing experience! UPS actually damaged my shipment and made the proper notes in tracking along the way. When I received my order, I could tell, the damage was 100% the fault of the carrier and NOT Rock Paradise. Each item was expertly wrapped and packaged with ample amounts of packing materials. Minimal damage was done to all the beauties in my order and Rock Paradise refunded for the few items actually damaged by the carrier. I truly appreciate their professionalism! Really disappointed, when reading the description on the Enhydro Geodes I was excited to add these to my shop. Upon arrival and further inspection I could not see any pockets of water. Small or large. We held flashlights up to the geodes to make sure and nothing. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with them. Quality of other items in the order were not up to par with previous orders from this seller.
