There was a mishap with my shipping address because I didn't realize they'd be shipped USPS, and we don't receive mail at our physical location - definitely a me issue! But they didn't hesitate to ship a replacement by UPS to ensure I received the cards! Not to mention, folks have been adding these cards onto their gift card purchases like crazy! They're adorable and amazing quality. Thanks again!
