The copper bottles and cups were poorly packaged and dusty. The bottles came with scratches and stains on them. There is no way I can retail these at my store.

The decanter leaks so we cannot sell this product. We will have to repair it with some silicone. Flasks screw top is rough and also leaks when it tips on it's side. Love the idea of the copper for health but wish the seals and lids were better manufactured

We like the product but the service communication needs improvement. One of the bottles we received was damaged. We asked for replacement with pictures of damage. We instead received a copper tongue scraper. We again communicated that this was wrong, resent pictures. Then we were sent an email that said our window had loaded to keep this open. We still don’t have a replacement copper bottle. It has been 3-4 weeks.
