Engraved Floral Hat
All of the 9 hats came stacked in a single box 8.5 tall with no protective packaging. Needless to say, some of the crowns were smashed, feathers were damaged, and hat brims are bent. Also, 3 of the hats are of inferior quality material, they're some type of dollar store felt with almost no structure, show some discoloration, stitching around the brim is unfinished, and they have a bad stretch band. They look so bad I'm ashamed to sell them in my boutique. I left a voicemail, still no reply.

Engraved Floral Hat
Beautiful hat, but made in China and not in America. Slightly already frayed at the top, what a shame... and there aren't blue and grey feathers and plumes on it, but red and black ones?! Bizarre. The fabric composition also does not match the website description or the label inside the hat.
