To moisturize, smooth a very small amount over skin after cleansing and toning. This balm is especially lovely for use overnight. To use as a cleansing balm, massage a small amount into dry skin. Place a warm, damp cloth over your face and inhale deeply. Repeat this several times, refreshing the cloth each time in warm water, before gently wiping the balm away. This method pulls impurities from the skin without stripping away moisture, and the gentle warmth allows the botanicals to be absorbed readily.
