Please read the description of my chocolate bars carefully, they might be smaller than you think and I don't want you to be disappointed. 75% Single Origin Chocolate with cocoa from the Dominican Republic - made not with regular sugar but with Monk Fruit Sweetener! But first what is monk fruit sweetener? Monk Fruit Sweetener is a zero calorie sugar, that doesn't have an impact on your body besides sweetening. This means it's a great option for people with diabetes, if you're on a keto diet or just want to reduce your sugar intake in general. Ingredients: cacao*, monk fruit sweeter, cacao butter*, colored cocoa butter May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten and peanuts. Size: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in Shelf life: over 1 year A heads up: melted chocolate is no fun, that's why I'm not shipping chocolate above 88-90F. The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.

These bars are works of art! They have a wonderful creamy texture and very creative flavors. We love how they pair with our hard cider! Get a great education on how the owner makes her chocolate by watching her You Tube videos. This is not an easy job!

So cute. The bon bons are very nice! the bars are smaller, but they are the kind of chocolate you don't sit and eat the whole bar at once.
