Dark chocolate with only three ingredients: cacao*, cacao butter* and sugar*. The color on the chocolate bar is colored cocoa butter. All the flavors you taste is coming from the cocoa bean itself and not because I'm adding any flavors. Depending on where cocoa is grown, the flavor profile will be completely different. Every bar is unique, so your bars might look a little bit different. Shelf life: over 1 year Size: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in A heads up: melted chocolate is no fun, that's why I'm not shipping chocolate above 88-90F. The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
