I placed an order over a month ago and was very disappointed with the quality of the items I received, so I returned them. Since then, I’ve contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund, but now they’ve stopped responding entirely. The product quality was poor, the customer service has been terrible, and at this point, it feels like they’ve simply taken my money.
