Hybrid: Paris Apple Brandy by Kilian & By The Fireplace by Maison Martin Margiela When on the topic of complexity, Apple Brandy and By The Fireplace are two fragrances that convey quality with much simplicity. Bearing no more than a dozen ingredients (some of which contribute to the synthesis of a single accord), the union of these two fragrances is equally simple and continuous. A tart green apple note in the opening is fused with a vanilla accord that unlocks the oriental dimension of the fragrance. Altogether soaked in brandy, the cedar and chestnut accord will warm up the fragrance to add contrast to some of the brighter notes in the opening.
