This company has great products at great prices. That said, they have TWICE promised a ship date that never happened. They will state a 2 week turnaround but no ship for at least a month. If you dare inquire what happened to your order you will never get a response. If you ask for cancellation your order will magically ship within the next day or two. Your original ship date will disappear, your cancellation request will disappear and only then will they apologize and ask for another chance.
