After a month, my order was still not shipped. Once I contacted them (again) half of my order was shipped the next day, and I was told my pillow I was missing from the first order would be included. It was not. An order placed on April 2nd was finally all in my hands on June 13, and an order from March 15 has yet to be straightened out. Products are great, but customer service needs major improvement.
