- Tunnaliva extra-virgin olive oil comes exclusively from olives of the "Nocellara del Belice" variety harvested from our olive trees which are located in the Valle del Belice, a predominantly hilly area in South-Western Sicily. - EVO oil with a typical medium fruity flavor with harmoniously balanced bitter and spicy vegetable notes and a fresh and persistent aftertaste. - Certified IGP SICILIA to ensure the quality and traceability of the product in the production phases from the cultivation of the olives to the subsequent milling and packaging. - Harvest campaign: 2025/2026 - The bag-in-box protects the olive oil from the air and therefore from oxidation thanks to the internal vacuum bag that compresses as the oil is tapped and the dispenser tap equipped with a valve that prevents its entrance. It is resistant, easy to handle and does not rust.
