About Tunnaliva

Tunnaliva is a small family-run Sicilian farm specialized in the cultivation of olive trees and in the production of extra-virgin olive oil. Rocco and Domenico, in continuity with their father Carlo, wanted to give life to a monovarietal olive oil strictly connected with the territory they come from (the Valle del Belice, in the South-West of Sicily) starting from olives grown exclusively from their own olive groves. Tunnaliva EVO oil is a monocultivar "Nocellara del Belice" certified "IGP SICILIA". From an organoleptic point of view, Tunnaliva EVO oil is a medium fruity with bitter and spicy vegetal notes harmoniously balanced and with a fresh and persistent aftertaste. The label wants to recall the purity of the oil (white background) and the bond with our island (the olive tree) in a stylized and modern design.
