Heat & Cold Pack made with Australian merino wool recycled & woven in Tasmania by Waverley Mills and or cotton fabric by Aussie designer. Filled with odourless wheat free lupin seeds. Choose your fragrance: Tassie lavender buds from Bridestowe Estate or unscented. Size: 36cm x 12cm Weight: about 650g Please remember that the cotton print will vary from the photo depending on how the fabric is cut. Microwave for 2 minutes then 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached, or freeze in a sealed bag.
