This ready-to-cook Tomato and Rosemary Risotto is made with Gli Aironi’s minimally processed carnaroli rice and dehydrated tomatoes and rosemary. Gli Aironi's risottos, made from the finest ingredients, are the quick and easy way to make a delicious, traditional Italian risotto at home. Simply add the mix to a pot with extra virgin olive oil, toast for a few minutes while stirring, then add a splash of white wine or water. Slowly add more water until rice thickens. Makes a creamy, flavorful risotto in minutes. Perfect for a quick and easy fall weeknight dinner!
