The product options are outstanding and shipping is fast… BUT, expensive. Some of the items I’ve been interested in purchasing are close to what big box stores sell retail. It makes it very hard for a small business to compete. Then, add the high shipping costs and we pretty much break even on several products that they offer. If they did Insider shipping, it’d be a game changer and I can see my business spending high amounts regularly from this shop.
