The quality is excellent for a pure usda 100% organic evoo that is actually handpicked and crushed in a real "Mulino" this grove has been certified usda organic for many years and for the entire twenty years this grove has never been fertilized, or treated with any chemicals whatsoever. These are so special that they come from my partners 100 year old olive grove in Umbria Italy. Each tin is Numbered & signed and we only have about 500 in stock from the 1600 that came in.
