Some pieces at that price, which are presented on this website with box packaging, and that arrive in plastic bags without packaging, I tried to contact them and they never responded, on the other hand, their website says it is cowhide, and certainly what I received is not.

Considering how beautiful the product is, it's a shame that the value is lost in the service. I have written to the brand several times after receiving the order, and weeks later I still haven't received a response. I tried to see if I was lucky, directly as if there had been an error with a product, but then explaining the issue and nothing. They sent me another wallet that I didn't need, but it seems they didn't read the note. I like the product, it's a shame that the communication is so poor.

Great overall style however there is a clear coating that is coming off on the leather wallets. One wallet arrived with this problem and another developed just over a few weeks of customer use. Since we were not able to get reimbursed for any issues that developed after the customers used them, we decided to send back our order. Just too risky for us.

It is the second order we have placed from this brand. In the first one, all the wallets arrived in individual boxes. In this second one, they arrived without the box. I have contacted the brand and they have not responded.
