In the past Becky McVan would answer my calls and she also had the note pads and most of my products personalized with Smith Island on them. After 2 calls to Faire and McVann and 2 emails to both, NO ONE answered either one, so I have a product that is not finished.

I am 100% happy with the products and I have already sold some. I just wish I didn’t have wait for the totes that are on back order. One item was forgotten also. They did however get it straightened out quick and are shipping it to me.. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Great company
