Season your meals with the ease of a shake! Our Sun-Dried Heirloom Tomato Sous Salt was inspired by a visit to our local Farmer’s Market. We have a wonderful farm here in Portola Valley that grows the most beautiful colors of heirloom tomatoes that are sun-dried parchment paper-thin. Not only are they gorgeous but they are as sweet as tomato candy. This salt is infused with the Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Celery Seed, Basil and Onion to produce a terrific salt with just a hint of complex sweetness.
